Brian McIntosh

Brian McIntosh has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry. Brian started their career at CIBC in 1996, where they served as an Account Manager II in Personal Banking and later as a Branch Banking Manager. Brian then became a Customer Profitability Consultant, providing advice and consultation on operational and tactical matters related to customer profitability. Brian also held the role of Relationship Manager for the Internet Channel. In 2007, Brian joined HSBC as a Branch Manager before moving to BMO Financial Group in 2008. At BMO, they served as a Branch Manager and later as the Manager of Customer Experience Programs, where they facilitated the launch of a Transactional Customer Experience program and analyzed the effectiveness of sales and service programs. In 2014, Brian joined DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. as a Branch Manager, and they currently serve as the Director of Credit Operations.

Brian McIntosh obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Toronto between the years 1986 and 1990. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) which they obtained in January 1995. Furthermore, they have certifications in the Branch Compliance Officer's Course and the Investment Funds in Canada Course from the Institute of Canadian Bankers (ICB), although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
