Brendan Baker

Brendan Baker is the managing director at DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. Brendan has over fifteen years of experience in the appraisal industry. Brendan started their career as a real estate appraiser with M.E. Hayes Appraisal Services. Brendan then transitioned to StreetLinks Lender Solutions as a staff appraiser before moving to Paradigm Tax Group as an associate. Most recently, Brendan was with WestRock Company as a property tax analyst.

Brendan Baker graduated from The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Housing.
