Alex Alapatt

Alex Alapatt has extensive work experience in the technology and project management field. They currently serve as a Delivery Lead at Duck Creek Technologies. Prior to this, Alex worked at Insurity for over 12 years, where they held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Operations Project Manager, and Strategic Account Manager/Release Manager. They were responsible for leading complex product development and integration projects with multi-million dollar budgets, managing relationships and expectations, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. Before joining Insurity, Alex worked at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where they were part of the Strategic Projects (SSP)- PMO and the Technical Development Program. They were involved in writing the reporting framework for the PMO and rotated through various roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Software Engineer.

Alex Alapatt holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Merrimack College, which was obtained from 1999 to 2003. Alex later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and International Business at the University of Connecticut School of Business, completing it from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Alex has acquired various certifications, including Agile Metrics from the Project Management Institute in 2022, Billing Developer Basics, and Policy Developer Basics from Duck Creek Technologies in 2021, AWS Fundamentals: Migrating to the Cloud from Coursera in 2019, and others from different institutions and organizations.
