Jon Middelkamp

Jon Middelkamp has extensive experience in the technology industry. Jon is currently the Director of Solution Engineering at Duck Creek Technologies, where they lead a team of sales engineers in providing pre-sales technical support and drives technical initiatives to improve customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Jon worked at Deep Water Software as Chief Engineer, where they designed and implemented solutions for small convenience stores and ensured on-time and on-budget project deliverables. Jon also worked at Accenture as a Manager, supporting the sales team and providing technical guidance throughout the sales process. Jon began their career as a Software Systems Architect at Duck Creek Technologies, where they developed and implemented customized client systems for insurance rating processes. Jon also worked as a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation, participating in the development and maintenance of a simulation model used by the US military for warfare simulations.

Jon Middelkamp obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Southwest Baptist University between the years 2000 and 2004.
