Nick L. has a diverse work history, starting with their role as a Retail Store Manager at Kroger from 2005 to 2007. Nick then transitioned into technology roles, working at Kroger as a Regional Technology, Systems & LAN Manager from 2007 to 2009, and later as an Interactive Marketing leader from 2009 to 2010. Nick continued to progress within Kroger, taking on roles such as Sr. Manager of Digital, Interactive Product, Programs & Architecture from 2010 to 2012, and Senior/Grou Product Manager from 2012 to 2017, where they focused on developing digital customer loyalty and managing key products.

In 2017, Nick joined Kroger's Ecommerce division as Senior Produce Category Merchandising, where they were responsible for perishable merchandising strategies. Nick then transitioned into Senior Ecommerce Operations Management in 2018, driving process improvement and efficiency in the fulfillment operations.

Nick's career trajectory led him to UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) in 2019, where they initially served as Senior Manager of Products at Ultimate Software. Nick later became the Director of Platform Products, leading critical emerging platform strategies. After the acquisition of UKG by H&F, they continued in their role until December 2021.

Nick then joined Duck Creek Technologies in 2022 as Vice President of Product & Experience, where they guided senior leadership teams in delivering various strategies and advancements to the company's SaaS P&C Insurance Technology solution. In 2023, they were promoted to SVP of Product and Experience.

Additionally, in 2016, Nick served as Vice Chairman of the Board at NewPath Child & Family Solutions.
