Param Priya has extensive experience in cloud infrastructure operations and technical support, currently serving as Associate Manager - Cloud Infrastructure Operations at Duck Creek Technologies since September 2020. Prior to this role, Param held positions including Senior Infrastructure Operations Associate Engineer at Duck Creek Technologies, Technical Support Engineer at Dataguise (now part of PKWARE), Infrastructure System Engineer at Tech Mahindra, and System Administrator at Sifium Technologies Pvt Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Panjab University and a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
