Kayla Young

Kayla Young is a seasoned professional in human resources and administrative services with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as the Director of Administrative Services at Duck River EMC since July 2021, Kayla has previously held positions including HR Generalist and Administrative Assistant at Albéa Group, and HR Administrator at Bemis Company, Inc. Notable achievements include the implementation of wellness programs, planning employee recognition initiatives, and managing various HR functions such as talent acquisition, payroll processing, and new hire orientations. Kayla holds a Master of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, also from Middle Tennessee State University, along with an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Motlow State Community College.
