Anirvan Chakraborty

Anirvan Chakraborty currently serves as Vice President of Engineering at DuckDuckGo since October 2023. Previously, Anirvan held the position of Vice President of Software Engineering at Disney Streaming from July 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading technological innovation for direct-to-consumer video services. Prior to this, Anirvan was Technology Director at Disney Streaming, focusing on enhancing consumer access to content through innovative technology. Anirvan also spent over a decade at Cake Solutions Limited, starting as a Java Developer and advancing to Technical Director, where key responsibilities included overseeing DevOps, technical quality assurance, and strategic consulting. Anirvan holds a Master's degree in Internet Software Systems from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2005.
