Nichole Walters

Nichole Walters has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Their most recent role was as a Senior Accounting Manager at DuckDuckGo, which they started in August 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Perspective Architecture + Design (formerly known as RMTA) as a Finance Manager from April 2015 to July 2019, where they managed all accounting and finance functions within the organization.

Before joining Perspective Architecture + Design, Nichole worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at UBC - An Express Scripts Company from June 2013 to April 2015. In this role, they led the budget process, prepared monthly forecasts, analyzed revenue and expense variances, and provided ad hoc reporting for executive management.

In 2012, Nichole was a Controller/Senior Project Accountant at Populous. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Lockton, including Divisional Controller from April 2007 to May 2012 and Senior Staff Accountant from June 2005 to April 2007. Nichole also worked as a Financial Analyst at Sprint from April 2004 to June 2005 and as a General Ledger Accountant at Danisco from December 2000 to April 2002.

Nichole's work experience began in 1999 as a Staff Accountant at Cochran Head & Co. Throughout their career, they have gained valuable skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, and managing accounting and finance functions. Nichole has also demonstrated their ability to collaborate with executive management and provide meaningful financial insights to support decision making.

Nichole Walters attended Emporia State University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
