Brian Gottfried

Brian Gottfried currently serves as a Senior Engineering Technician at Ducks Unlimited since August 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Director at The National Wild Turkey Federation from September 2018 to June 2020, where responsibilities encompassed volunteer recruitment, organizational support for committees, and managing fundraising initiatives in Western New York. Previously, from January 2011 to August 2018, Gottfried worked as a Land Surveyor at Fisher Associates, overseeing surveying projects from initiation to completion. Earlier career experience includes serving as Survey Party Chief at Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. (WSSI) from June 2003 to October 2010, performing various surveying tasks and managing field crews. Gottfried holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Wildlife Management from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Ecology and Environmental Technology from Paul Smith's College.
