Richard Smith

Richard Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and wildlife management. Serving at Ducks Unlimited since August 2000, Richard has held several key leadership positions, including Chief Development Officer, National Director of Development, Managing Director of Development, Director of Development, and Regional Director. Prior to Ducks Unlimited, Richard was Vice President at Roy H. Reeve Agency, Inc. from June 1996 to August 2000 and worked as a Wildlife Biologist at the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service from May 1992 to June 1996. Richard holds a Master of Science in Wildlife from Humboldt State University and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, along with an Associate of Applied Science in Environmental Science from Paul Smith's College.
