Zachary Hartman

Zachary Hartman has a diverse work experience spanning over different sectors. Zachary is currently serving as the Chief Policy Officer at Ducks Unlimited since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of National Affairs at Anheuser-Busch from May 2014 to October 2019. Zachary also served as a Senior Legislative Assistant in the United States Senate from January 2011 to May 2014. Before that, they worked in the U.S. House of Representatives as a Legislative Assistant from January 2008 to December 2010 and as a Legislative Correspondent from June 2006 to December 2007. Additionally, they had a brief stint as an Associate Lobbyist at Mo Thrast and Associates in 2006. Zachary began their career as a Legislative Intern at Mo Trash and Associates in 2005 and also worked as a Team Building and Leadership Training Instructor at Nantahala Outdoor Center in 2004.

Zachary Hartman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education (BSEDU) with a focus on Social Science Education from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Later, from 2009 to 2013, they pursued a Master's Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies with a specialization in Strategy Operations and Military History from the U.S. Naval War College.
