Rashidat Quadri

Rashidat Quadri has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rashidat began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Xceed Financial Credit Union in 2011, where they served until 2014. Rashidat then joined Westlake Financial Services as a Human Resources Supervisor from 2015 to 2017. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at CliftonLarsonAllen in 2017. In 2018, Quadri joined Moog Inc. as an Employee Relations Partner and held this role until 2020. Currently, they are working at Ducommun Incorporated, where they have held the positions of Director of Human Resources (Engineered Products Group) since 2020 and Director of Human Resources Operations since 2023.

Rashidat Quadri obtained a BA in Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton in 2010. Rashidat then acquired a Human Resources Management Certificate from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2017. In 2016, they became a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist from The Back School.
