Michael Paquin

Michael Paquin is a seasoned professional in sales training and enablement, currently serving in that capacity at Brightly since April 2023. Previously, at JAGGAER from April 2020 to April 2023, Michael founded the first comprehensive global enablement department, enhancing sales team performance through effective training and resource development. At Liferay, Inc. between October 2016 and April 2020, Michael led initiatives to align sales and marketing strategies, improving global brand recognition. As part of Red Hat from December 2009 to October 2016, Michael expanded the learning and development impact, contributing to the company’s rapid growth. Additional experience includes revenue generation roles at Borland Software and Black Duck Software, along with technical services and sales positions at Interwise, Inc. and Fast Search and Transfer. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire.
