Saurabh Pandey

Saurabh Pandey has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies.

Saurabh started their career as a SW/Engineer at RMSI in 2004, where they were involved in functional designing and front-end designing for a map-based website portal.

Saurabh then joined HCL Technologies as a Lead Engineer, working on various projects involving ASP.Net, SQL Server, and scripting languages.

In 2008, they moved to HCL America INC as a Lead Engineer, focusing on ASP.Net, C#, XML, and SQL Server.

Saurabh then joined Microsoft in 2009 as a Lead Engineer for the Bing Maps team, where they developed web services and performance measuring tools.

Saurabh continued their journey at HCL / Microsoft in 2011 as a Project Lead for Bing Travels, working on the development and maintenance of the Bing Travel site.

In 2012, they joined HCL Technologies again as an Associate Project Manager, managing teams working on Symantec MSS projects and utilizing technologies such as WCF, MVC, and SQL.

Saurabh then joined CEB, now Gartner, in 2013 as an Associate Director of Architecture before moving on to become the Head of IT Development and then the Director of Architecture.

Saurabh'smost recent experiences include working as the Senior Vice President Engineering and Head of Incubation Labs at SHL, where they led the engineering team and managed the incubation labs.

Currently, Saurabh is working as the Country Leader for India and Vice President of Engineering at Brightly.

Saurabh Pandey has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. In 2001, they began their educational journey at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, where they obtained a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in 2004. Following this, Saurabh pursued further education in the business field. From 2020 to 2022, they attended the Indian School of Business and completed an Executive MBA program. In 2022, they enrolled at the London Business School, where they are currently pursuing degrees in Innovation & Entrepreneurship as well as Global Strategy & Organization. Additionally, in 2022, Saurabh also enrolled in the Wharton Executive Education program to gain expertise in Competitive Marketing Strategy and Corporate Strategy - Merger & Acquisitions.
