Shelbi Rosa

Shelbi Rosa is an accomplished Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Brightly since March 2024, Shelbi previously held similar positions at Fortitude Systems and Namely from July 2023 to February 2024 and September 2021 to July 2023, respectively. Earlier in the career, Shelbi worked as a Product Designer at Paycom from December 2019 to August 2021 and as an Art and Design Team Leader at Real Tech - Wristworld, where innovative concepts were developed for a toy-line. Additionally, Shelbi served as an Art Director and Lead Product Designer at Trifecta Communications, focusing on branding, UI/UX, and user testing. Earlier design experience includes roles as a Creative Design Manager at the United Way of Central Oklahoma and as an intern/freelance designer at SYN3RGY Creative Group. Shelbi holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Central Oklahoma.
