Thomas Schwartz

Thomas Schwartz is an experienced asset management consultant with a strong background in public works and water management. Currently serving in multiple consulting roles at Siemens, Brightly, and Dude Solutions since July 2021, Thomas specializes in cloud-based asset management across government, education, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. Previously, Thomas held significant leadership positions, including Director of Public Works for the Village of Penn Yan and Deputy Director of Public Works within the same municipality. Additional experience includes a role as Superintendent of Treatment and Supply at SUEZ and Water Distribution System Supervisor for the City of Corning. Thomas's technical experience also encompasses engineering roles at General Motors and Allison Electric Drive. Education includes an Associate degree from the University of Maryland and various certifications in water operations management.
