Amy Paul

Amy Paul is currently the General Counsel at Dudek. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Ducommun Incorporated from January 2017 to May 2018.

During their time at Ducommun Incorporated, Amy was responsible for replacing the retiring 34-year General Counsel and upgrading the current infrastructure. This included representing the company in two private company acquisitions totaling $90 million, kicking off an IP training program, drafting new corporate governance guidelines, and overhauling the EHS function. Amy also successfully managed relationships with proxy advisory firms and institutional investors regarding topical corporate governance matters.

In addition, Amy developed compliance policies and implemented training programs and procedures relating to Reg FD, insider trading, privacy, and human trafficking. Amy also supervised the compliance staff responsible for export/import control, OFAC, and anti-corruption matters. Other accomplishments during their time at Ducommun Incorporated include launching an enterprise-wide records retention program and managing equity programs for stock options, RSUs, and PSUs.

Amy Paul attended the University of California, Los Angeles for their Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Business Administration. Amy then went on to attend the University of San Diego School of Law for their Juris Doctorate.
