Danielle Voss

Danielle Voss is the current HR Director at Dudek. Danielle has previously worked as an Employee Lifestyle Operations Generalist at The H.G. Fenton Company and as an Employee Benefits Manager at Emerson Process Management.

Danielle has experience in administering total rewards programs, leave management, compliance, and safety and workers' compensation. Danielle has also coordinated annual benefits open enrollments, organized employee wellness events and challenges, and prepared affirmative action plan, VETS 100A, and EEO-1 reports.

In their role as Employee Benefits Manager, Danielle was responsible for managing and developing the Recruiter/HR Generalist. Danielle also maintained the HR SharePoint intranet site and developed and updated HR policies, manuals, and enrollment guides.

Danielle Voss received their M.S. in Labor Relations from the University of New Haven. Danielle also holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from The Ohio State University.
