Kim Loeb

Kim Loeb is a respected Principal Hydrogeologist currently working at Dudek since March 2024. Previously, Kim served as the Groundwater Manager for the Ventura County Public Works Agency from August 2016 to January 2024 and held the position of Natural Resource Conservation Manager at the City of Visalia from September 2009 to July 2016. Kim's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Hydrogeologist and Vice President at EnviroSolve Corporation (1994-2009), Environmental/Geosciences Division Manager at BSK Associates (1991-1994), and Project Geologist at EMCON Associates (1986-1991). Early career experience includes serving as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force from 1976 to 1981, specializing in avionics maintenance. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from California State University, Northridge, completed between 1982 and 1990.
