Michelle Leis

Michelle Leis, M.S., is an experienced Environmental Project Manager and Compliance Specialist at Dudek, providing expertise in construction monitoring and regulatory compliance for various environmental programs. Notable responsibilities include enforcing permits and implementing biological impact avoidance measures for multiple species. Prior experience includes roles at Santa Clara Valley Water District as a Biologist Graduate Student Intern and GIS Graduate Student Intern, as well as a Wildlife Biologist Consultant at Vernadero Group Incorporated, where coordination with governmental agencies and environmental education were central to the role. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Conservation Biology and a Master of Science in Environmental Studies, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Arizona State University and College of Charleston, respectively.
