Sam Hawkinson

Sam Hawkinson is an accomplished project manager and senior engineer with extensive experience in environmental engineering and management. Currently serving as a project manager at Dudek since January 2023, Sam previously held the position of senior staff at Brown and Caldwell from March 2020 to January 2023. As the InFLOW Program Chair for the Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association from September 2019 to January 2023, Sam contributed to significant initiatives in the field. Other roles include principal CEO at Pacific Drafting Solutions, civil engineer I at Gresham WWTP, and assistant forward planner at Dr Horton Custom Homes. Sam's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Portland State University and an Oregon Transfer Degree in Engineering from Portland Community College.
