Margaret Phelan has over 17 years of experience in customer success and account management roles. Margaret most recently worked at Duel Tech as the VP of Customer Success starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Thunderhead as the VP Global Customer Success and then as the Director of Customer Success - EMEA from January 2021 to April 2022. Before that, Margaret worked at Mimecast for 8 years in various customer success roles, including Director of Customer Success - North America and Director of Customer Success - Europe. Margaret also held the positions of Manager - Enterprise Customer Experience Team and Senior Account Manager - Client Success at Mimecast. Margaret started their career at T-Mobile as a Service Support Engineer and subsequently worked at BT Wholesale as a Project Manager. Prior to joining Duel Tech, they were the Sales Operations Manager - Worldwide at Arantech/tektronix. Margaret has a strong background in managing customer relationships, driving revenue generation, and resolving customer satisfaction issues.
Margaret Phelan completed their education in two stages. From 1997 to 2000, they attended Technological University Dublin where they obtained a Diploma in Electronic Engineering. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued further studies at Waterford Institute of Technology and graduated with a 2:2 Honours Degree in Electronic Engineering.
In addition to their formal education, Margaret has also earned certifications. In January 2020, they obtained a certification titled "5 Ways to Control Your Time" from LinkedIn. It is worth mentioning that they also hold an ITIL Level 1 certification, but the institution and specific dates of attainment for this certification are not available.
