Kym de Vore has a diverse work experience in the legal field. From 2012 to the present, they have worked at Duetto, an enterprise SaaS revenue optimization platform, where they hold the position of General Counsel & Head of People. In this role, they advise on operational and strategic people and legal matters, manages commercial negotiations and corporate governance, and supports Duetto's Board. Kym also led a team of six to scale operations outside of the US in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

There, they focused on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures for private equity firms, drafting and negotiating transaction agreements and managing due diligence. Before that, they worked at Chapman Tripp from 2003 to 2006 as a Corporate & Securities Associate, assisting public and private companies with M&A and corporate and securities law matters. Kym also gained experience as a Summer Clerkship at Chapman Tripp in 2002.

Kym de Vore holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Otago. Kym was admitted to the California State Bar in 2009 by the State Bar of California.
