Laura Leser

Laura Leser has a diverse work experience. Laura currently works at Duetto as a Senior Customer Success Manager since April 2023, after previously working as a Customer Success Manager from March 2021 to April 2023. Before that, they were a Cluster Revenue Manager at DSR Hotel Holding GmbH from November 2018 to March 2021. Laura also worked as a Cluster Revenue & System Manager at NOVUM Hospitality from February 2018 to October 2018. Prior to that, they held various roles at Broermann Health & Heritage Hotels, including Assistant Director of Convention Sales & Revenue Manager from February 2017 to October 2017, Reservations Revenue Manager from September 2015 to February 2017, and Reservations Supervisor from April 2014 to September 2015. Laura started their career as an F&B Trainee at Villa Rothschild in October 2013 and later served as a Night Auditor at InterContinental Frankfurt from September 2012 to October 2013.

Laura Leser earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Tourism Management from Karlshochschule International University, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. Laura then pursued further education at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Hospitality Management from 2010 to 2012.
