Caroline Pearson has extensive experience in the legal and compliance field. Caroline currently holds the position of Head of Legal & Compliance at Duffel. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Legal / Legal Director at Culture Trip from September 2020 to June 2022. Before that, they were a Legal (Commercial) Counsel at Culture Trip from July 2018 to September 2020.

Caroline Pearson's education history begins in 1994 when they attended Guildford High School until 2008. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following their secondary education, Caroline went on to attend the University of Oxford from 2008 to 2011. Here, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Experimental Psychology. After completing their undergraduate studies, Caroline then enrolled at The College of Law from 2012 to 2013 where they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL). Finally, in 2013 to 2014, Caroline completed their legal education at Kaplan Law School, where they obtained a Legal Practice Course (LPC) degree.
