Kathleen Duffy

Kathleen Duffy is the President and CEO of Duffy Group, Inc., a global recruitment firm that assists corporations in finding suitable talent. Additionally, Kathleen is a Board Member at TTI Success Insights and a Member of Forbes Human Resources Council. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Vice Chair and Steering Committee Member at 2020 Women on Boards. Prior to their current roles, Kathleen worked as the Director of Research at Tirocchi-Wright, Inc. and served as a Personnel Assistant at Banner Health. Kathleen also has experience as a Graduate Student Intern at Arizona State University and as a Quality Circle Facilitator at Honeywell Information Systems.
