Jill Watterson

Co-Founder, COO, Partner at Duft Watterson

Jill Watterson has a long history of work experience in a variety of roles. Jill began their career in 2003 as a Business Development employee for Power Engineers. In 2005, they moved to Stoltz Marketing Group as the Director of Client Services, where they were responsible for setting and maintaining the agency's client service standards and managing the account services team. In 2009, they took on the role of Program Manager for Balihoo. In 2010, they became the COO for SMG. In 2011, they became the Co-Owner of 24 West Ranch, where they were responsible for accounting, HR, sales and marketing. In 2016, they joined the Boise Metro Chamber as an Advisory Board Member on the Food and Agri-Business Advisory Board. Also in 2016, they became a Board Member for Faces of Hope Foundation. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Co-Founder, COO, and Partner of Duft Watterson.

Jill Watterson attended the University of Idaho from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business. Jill also attended Leadership Boise and Vallivue High School. No additional certifications are listed.
