Allen Gable

Allen (AJ) Gable is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, tax, and transactional law. Currently serving as a Member at Duggan Bertsch, LLC since September 2010, Gable has previously held the position of Associate Attorney at Vedder Price, P.C., and Sidley Austin. Gable's expertise includes advising financial institutions, private equity funds, and corporate clients on complex finance transactions, mergers, and general corporate matters.
