Russell Thirsk

Russell Thirsk is a seasoned legal and tax professional, currently serving as a Partner at DUGGAN BERTSCH, LLC since February 2017. Prior to this role, Russell held the position of Tax Director - Planning at Koch Industries from January 2014 to February 2017, contributing expertise to Flint Hills Resources. Russell's legal career began at Adams and Reese, LLP, followed by a tenure as an Attorney at Holton Blackstone and Mayberry, PC. Academically, Russell earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Simon Fraser University.
