Subhi R. M. Zeebaree is a seasoned academic and manager with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as the Manager of the Culture Center and Manager of the Languages Center at Duhok Polytechnic University since July 2018, Subhi has previously held leadership positions, including Head of the Computer and Communications Engineering Department at Nawroz University from January 2017 to June 2018 and Head of the IT Department at both the Technical College of Informatics Akre and Akre Technical College from July 2014 to December 2016. Subhi also has experience as an Assistant Professor in Computer Engineering, further solidifying a solid academic foundation that began with a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Technology - AL-Rasheed College of Engineering & Science, completed between 1985 and 1989.

Duhok Polytechnic University locates in Duhok city -Kurdistan region of Iraq. Duhok (also spelled Dohok, Dehok or Dahok, Kurdish: دهۆک, Duhok, Syriac: ܢܘܗܕܪܐ Nuhadra, Arabic: دهوك) is the capital of Duhok Governorate in Iraq, with a population reaching to 900,000 inhabitants, mostly consisting of Kurds, with a significant Assyrian population. The city is encircled by mountains along the Tigris river. Duhok has a growing tourist industry, its population having grown rapidly since the 1990s as the rural population moved to the cities. The University of Dohuk -founded in 1992, besides to Duhok Polytechnic University -founded in 2013, are renowned center for teaching and research in Dohuk.
