Fadi Hashem

Fadi Hashem, Ph.D., is a seasoned leadership educator and consultant currently serving as a Leadership Educator at Duke Corporate Education and a Professor of Practice at Qatar University, where Fadi facilitates leadership courses. In addition, Fadi holds adjunct professorship at AUB Suliman S. Olayan School of Business and serves as a Senior Leadership and Talent Development Consultant at Bupa Arabia. Fadi’s expertise is further exemplified through roles as a Certified Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and KF 360 Assessor at Korn Ferry, a Mentor for the Human Resources Development Fund in Saudi Arabia, and a Certified Trainer with Franklin Covey Middle East. Fadi co-founded Leaders Across Borders, an NGO focused on empowering individuals with leadership skills. Fadi's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Business Management from Cranfield School of Management and an MBA from Lebanese American University, along with extensive studies in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at various institutions.
