Sunnie Giles

Sunnie Giles 홍선경 is a recognized expert in radical innovation, serving as President of Quantum Leadership Group since July 2014 and the author of "The New Science of Radical Innovation." With a focus on leadership development and organizational consulting, Sunnie catalyzes leaders to achieve innovation through complexity, utilizing workshops and executive coaching to enhance leadership competencies. Additional roles include serving on the Board of Trustees at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and as faculty at Duke Corporate Education and Singularity University. Previous experience includes a Chief Operating Officer position at Volcanic Retail and a contributor role for Forbes, focusing on innovation and complexity. Sunnie holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a PhD in Systems Psychology from Brigham Young University, supplemented by a BA in Accounting.
