Brandon Jackson

Brandon Jackson has a diverse work experience in the field of UX and UI design. Brandon currently holds the position of Lead UX Designer at Duke Energy Corporation, a role they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior User Experience Designer at the same company from May 2019 to March 2023.

Before joining Duke Energy, Brandon worked as a Freelance Visual/UX/UI Designer as a self-employed individual starting from September 2006. Brandon also has experience as a Lead UI/UX Designer at Sealed Air Corporation from May 2018 to May 2019 and as a UI/UX Design Contractor via Apex at Wells Fargo from August 2016 to December 2017.

Brandon's earlier work experience includes roles as a UI/UX & Web Designer at Velocitor Solutions from August 2013 to May 2016, A Web Graphic Designer at Short Run Pro from November 2008 to August 2013, and a University College Web Designer at Ohio University from June 2007 to June 2008. Brandon also worked as a Web Graphic Designer at The GRID Lab from June 2006 to June 2007.

Throughout their career, Brandon has gained experience in designing user-friendly mobile applications, creating websites and web portals, and developing brands and marketing ventures. Brandon is skilled in various tools and technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, Photoshop, content management systems, flash, and actionscripting.

Brandon Jackson attended Ohio University from 2002 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Specialized Studies with a focus on Visual Communications and Journalism.
