Casi Young

Casi Young, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various consulting and managerial roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Sr Human Resources Consultant at Duke Energy Corporation since December 2019, Casi has previously held positions such as HR Manager at Parker Hannifin and Human Resources Business Partner at TEGNA. Additionally, Casi has a strong background in supporting plant operations and workforce management from tenures at PepsiCo - Frito-Lay, as well as other HR roles in organizations like GMAC Financial Services and General Motors Southeast Europe. Casi holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Management, both from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
