Charles McNeilly Jr. MPM, CPE, serves as the Lead EHS Program/Project Manager at Duke Energy Corporation, providing specialized expertise across multiple business units and power generation sites in areas such as facility compliance, high-risk tools, and safety training. With experience in environmental science education and mechanical project management, Charles has previously held roles as a Mechanical Maintenance Curriculum Owner and Coordinator of Training & Procedures for Duke Energy Renewables, overseeing safety and training for numerous wind and solar farms. A former Environmental Science Teacher and Chemical Hygiene Officer, Charles also owned McNeilly's Martial Arts, holding black belts in various martial arts disciplines. Educationally, Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology from Thomas Edison State University, alongside an Associate's degree in Chemistry from Gaston College.
