Doren Kolasa

Doren Kolasa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, strategic leadership, and operations within the military and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Real Estate Portfolio Manager for the Carolinas East Region at Duke Energy Corporation since June 2025, Doren is responsible for overseeing the Facility Capital Plan and fostering strategic partnerships. Previous roles include Project Manager at JLL, where Doren led significant construction projects, and various leadership positions within the United States Army, including Commander of a Civil Affairs Company and Project Manager for Civil Military Operations. Doren holds multiple Master's degrees in Strategic Security Studies, Transportation & Logistics Management, and Business & Organizational Security Management, alongside a Bachelor's in Health Science and two Associate degrees.
