Elliott Holman

Elliott Holman, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Duke Energy Corporation since December 2024. Previously, Elliott held multiple roles at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) from November 2016 to December 2024, including HR Advisory Partner for Corporate Functions, HR Partner for R&D, and Human Resources Coordinator for R&D, contributing to research and development in the electricity sector. Elliott's prior experience includes working as a Recruiter/Account Manager at DecisionPathHR from March 2014 to November 2016, where responsibilities included sourcing and placing qualified candidates. Elliott began the career as an HR Intern at New Hope Treatment Centers in 2013. Elliott holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Winthrop University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
