Fred Marsh

Fred Marsh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project controls and engineering within the energy sector. At Duke Energy Corporation from July 2020 to March 2024, Fred held multiple managerial roles, including Project Controls Manager and Director of Operational Excellence, where responsibilities included overseeing project support teams, establishing standard processes to enhance project predictability, and leading the construction of a new corporate headquarters. Prior to Duke Energy, Fred served as a Project Manager at MBP from March 2005 to February 2014, successfully managing client task orders, and as a Civil/Structural Engineer at Bechtel Power Corporation from July 1997 to February 2005, contributing to the design and modification of power generation facilities. Fred obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University in 1997.
