Geoff Watson

Geoff Watson is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on energy infrastructure and project management. Since August 2005, Geoff has held various positions at Duke Energy Corporation, including Senior Project Manager and Manager of Distributed Energy Solutions Design & Standards. Key responsibilities encompass designing energy infrastructure and onsite generation solutions, managing Utility Energy Services Contract projects, and leveraging financial solutions for energy infrastructure needs in large organizations. Prior to Duke Energy, Geoff worked as an Electrical Engineer at McKnight Smith Ward Griffin Engineers, KSQ/Peterson, and Pease Engineering & Architecture, contributing expertise in electrical consulting and healthcare sectors. Geoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
