Jon Bennett

Jon Bennett is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and management. Currently serving as Supervisor - Work Management Support at Duke Energy Corporation since November 2017, Jon is responsible for fostering a culture of safety, diversity, and inclusion, analyzing workloads, and collaborating with leadership to refine processes. Previous roles at Duke Energy include Interim Manager Resource & Work Management, where Jon led the Central Invoicing Team, maintaining key relationships and addressing emergent issues. Prior to this, Jon held positions at The North Face and Headwater Outdoor, showcasing expertise in retail operations, team development, and customer service. Jon's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
