Lon Huber

Lon Huber is the current VP of Rate Design & Strategic Solutions at Duke Energy. Lon has over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on retail regulatory proceedings, policy analysis, and market design. Prior to joining Duke Energy, Lon was the Director of Navigant's North American retail regulatory offering. In this role, they provided expert witness testimony, proceeding strategy, and policy solutions on behalf of clients across the energy sector landscape. Lon has also held leadership positions at Strategen Consulting and Arbsource, LLC. Lon is a frequent speaker at NARUC and NASUCA conferences and has been cited in trade press for their work in the energy sector.

Lon Huber received their MBA from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management and their Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Management from the School of Government & Public Policy.
