Patrick Mize is an experienced Senior Operations Specialist who has worked in the utilities industry since 1976. Currently serving as the Clearance and Safety Tagging Supervisor at Duke Energy Corporation, Patrick oversees the Clearance and Safety Tagging Program at the Oconee Nuclear Site and is involved in the upgrade of the site's Main Power Relaying. Previously, Patrick held roles as a Nuclear Senior Operations Specialist II and served as a subject matter expert in electrical systems until retiring from that position in 2016. Patrick holds an Associate's Degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Tri-County Technical College.
