Tripp Carpenter

Tripp Carpenter's work experience includes roles at various companies. Tripp started their career at Deloitte, where they worked as an Audit In-Charge from September 2004 to July 2008. Tripp then joined Newberry, Gordon & Shuford PA as a CPA from July 2008 to July 2010. After that, Carpenter worked at Performance Fibers, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Treasury Analyst from July 2010 to September 2011, Analyst, Global Business Analysis & Planning from September 2011 to February 2013, and FP&A Analyst - Americas Region from February 2013 to December 2013. Currently, Carpenter is employed at Duke Energy Corporation, where they have held various roles, starting as a Senior Accounting Analyst from December 2013 to July 2015, then becoming a Lead Accounting Analyst from July 2015 to March 2017, a Lead Forecasting Analyst from March 2017 to January 2020, and finally as a Manager, Financial Forecasting from January 2020 to December 2022. Tripp Carpenter holds a Masters degree in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, which they completed from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors degree in Business with a focus on Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
