Tyler Klemas

Tyler Klemas has extensive experience in operational excellence, law enforcement, and military service. Currently serving as the Lead Operational Excellence Specialist at Duke Energy Corporation since March 2018, Tyler also holds the position of Chair for Together We Stand For Our Veterans and has led military recruiting efforts. Prior to this role, Tyler worked as a Project Manager II and Police Officer at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, where responsibilities included investigating violent crimes and ensuring community safety. Additionally, Tyler served with the Matthews Police Department, focusing on undercover operations against organized crime. Military experience includes serving in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Squad Leader and Machine Gunner, participating in combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. Tyler holds a high school diploma from Murphy High School.
