Lorena Smith

Lorena Smith currently serves as a Customer Associate Coordinator at Duke Raleigh Hospital since February 2022 and has also held the position of Patient Care Coordinator at Duke University Health System since April 2020. Prior to these roles, Lorena gained valuable experience as a Customer Service Representative at Conduent from June 2017 to April 2019, where responsibilities included handling inbound and outbound calls for a healthcare company and assisting Medicare members. Lorena Smith is an alumnus of Cleveland State Community College.
