Brian Lemma

Brian Lemma currently serves as the Associate Director and Manager of the Counseling Team at Duke University since August 2023. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Sr. Associate Director for Advising and Financial Aid at The Johns Hopkins University from June 2021 to August 2023. Additional experience includes consultancy work in financial aid with the Jackie Robinson Foundation and financial aid file reviews at both Bryn Mawr College and the University of Virginia in early 2021. Brian previously directed financial aid solutions at The College Board and served in various roles at Georgetown University for 17 years, culminating as Associate Director of the Office of Student Financial Services. Brian began the career at Lebanon Valley College as Assistant Director of Financial Aid. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications and Professional Writing from Elizabethtown College, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
