Charlene Lee

Charlene Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership training, product management, and workplace consulting. Currently a Lecturer at Duke University, Charlene teaches professional skills to graduates and also serves as Founder and Managing Partner of Material Change, a consulting group focused on helping young professionals and new managers succeed. Previously, Charlene has held significant roles at Radar as Senior Director of Product, where product development capabilities were expanded, and at Google, where leadership spanned multiple product management positions. Additional experiences include roles at Synergy Social Ventures, McKinsey & Company, and a notable appointment as a member of the California State Board of Education. Charlene's educational background includes an MBA from The Wharton School and degrees from Wellesley College and the University of Oxford.
