Crystal Gonzalez Sphr

Crystal Gonzalez has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Crystal has held various managerial positions, including Vice President of Human Resources at Duke's since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Master Molded Products, a Quantum Plastics Division, from October 2016 to January 2022. Crystal also served as the HR Manager at Master Molded Products, LLC from November 2014 to January 2022. In addition, Crystal has experience as the Human Resources Manager at Northgate Technologies, Inc. from March 2019 to March 2021 and at Omron Automotive Electronics from February 2018 to March 2021. Crystal started their career at RTM & Associates, where they served as the HR Manager/Controller from May 2006 to March 2012.

Crystal Gonzalez, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, pursued a Masters Degree in the field of study from Northern Illinois University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a specialization in Accounting from Columbia College between 2005 and 2007. Additionally, Crystal completed General Studies at Wilbur Wright College for the academic year 1994 to 1995.

Crystal also holds certifications in Talent Optimization from The Predictive Index, which they obtained in August 2022, and as a SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) from the Society for Human Resource Management, earned in January 2015. Furthermore, they have the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute, which they acquired in January 2013.
