Atinuke Ogunlolu began their career in 2000 as an Operations Executive (Industrial Attachment) at UBA Group. In 2003, they joined VT LEASING LIMITED as a Marketing Executive, and later as an Operations Executive (NYSC). In 2008, they joined Intercontinental Bank PLC as a Team Member in Card Operations and Card Business (Credit Card Control). In 2012, they moved to Access Bank Plc as a Team Member, Channels Service Business Partner. In 2013, they joined Heritage Bank Plc as a Team Member, Ebanking Settlement. In 2016, they moved to Xpress Payment Solutions Ltd as a Lead, Compliance and Head, Settlement & Reconciliation. Finally, in 2022, they joined Dukkantek as the Head Of Compliance, where they are responsible for obtaining fintech licensing in chosen markets, developing internal compliance as per requirements of the regulators, and developing relationships with central and acquiring banks to enable payments.

Atinuke Ogunlolu obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business and Finance from Anglia Ruskin University between 2013 and 2016. Atinuke also obtained a Specialised Post Graduate Diploma in Credit and Financial Management from the Postgraduate School of Credit & Financial Management Studies in 2005 and 2006. Prior to that, they earned a National and Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finance from Osun State Polytechnic between 1998 and 2002. In addition, Atinuke Ogunlolu holds a Designated Compliance Professional (DCP) certification from the Compliance Institute, Nigeria, obtained in May 2022. Atinuke also holds a Clearing, Settlement, and Reconciliation certification from the Mastercard Academy EEMEA, obtained in November 2019. Her other certifications include Basic Leasing from the EQUIPMENT LEASING ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA (ELAN), obtained in November 2004, and TranzAxis System Configuration and Operations Basic from Compass Plus, obtained in October 2019.
